Refer More Earn More — Terms & Conditions (Bakerland Promo)
Promotion Period
This promotion runs from 1 October 2024 to 30 June 2026 (“Promotion Period”).
Bakerland reserves the right to amend or close the promotion at any time without prior notice.
Eligibility
The Referrer must be an existing Bakerland contact, client or enquiry recorded in Bakerland’s database prior to submitting a referral.
The Friend (Referee) must not already appear in Bakerland’s database or have previously enquired about, purchased, or held an interest in any Bakerland estate.
The promotion applies to any block of land within any Bakerland development (including Emerald Estate, Riverview Estate Winchelsea, Allara Winchelsea, and Catalina Heights Lethbridge).
There is no limit to the number of eligible referrals an existing contact may submit, provided each referral meets these conditions.
How to Enter
The Referrer must complete the official Bakerland Refer More Earn More online form, providing both their own and their Friend’s full name, phone number, and email address.
The Referrer must confirm (by ticking the acknowledgement box) that their Friend is aware of the referral and consents to being contacted by Bakerland.
A Bakerland representative will contact the Friend to verify their interest in purchasing land within a Bakerland development.
Reward Details
If the Friend proceeds to purchase and successfully settles on a block of land within a Bakerland estate during the Promotion Period, both the Referrer and the Friend will each receive a $1,000 VISA Gift Card.
Rewards are issued only after settlement has been completed and all contract obligations fulfilled.
The gift card is not transferable, exchangeable for cash, or redeemable for any other product or service.
Bakerland will contact the qualifying Referrer and Friend directly to arrange gift-card delivery.
General Conditions
Incomplete, duplicate, or ineligible referrals will not qualify.
Bakerland accepts no responsibility for referrals that are lost, delayed, or mis-submitted for any reason.
Participation in this promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
Bakerland’s decision on all matters relating to this promotion is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Personal information collected is used solely for administering the promotion and will be handled in accordance with Bakerland’s Privacy Policy.
